Wordless Wednesday #5. Only On Thursday. And With Words.

Wordless Wednesday #5, On Thursday
As usual, click on pic to see larger size

I'm breakin' all the rules all ovah the place, here. And in classic lazy fashion killing two proverbial birds with one stone. Posting and addressing comments.

First : Here is your pretty picture for the week. Only I'm probably ruining the reflection potential by, ya know, being wordy. (rule breaker - I'm a rebel like that.)

Second: Thank ya'll for your suggestions for my phantom Esty shop's name - humorous and actual. If I actually open the shop and pick a name, you'll be the first to know. As an excuse for this lame way of commenting on my comments, I would just like to say that I am not a morning person and if you'll notice, I'm posting this at 6:47AM. AM. I've been up since 4AM. AM. I went to bed at 12AM. AM. I need to get up at 8am, so I'm going to see if I can ignore the sounds of the quail my daughter insisted on bringing home with her at the end of school last year (please, PLEASE stop. the. squawking.) and get in a little nap.

You all have a fabulous, sparkley, lovely day.

A quail? How exotic! Remember the falcon I decided to raise in my living room in high school? Yeah I was full of good ideas back then. The whole room covered in newspapers and a box of live mice shrieking in fear hoping they wouldn't be picked for the next meal. Good thing I had 30 baby rats to trade at the pet store from my biology "experiment." Ah yes, pets can be such wonderful learning experiences. LOL!

Katherine: I had to get my husband up for his 6:40am flight to New Jersey and couldn't get back to sleep. GAH!

Mandy: You were like a teenage (and female) Dr. Doolittle. ;)

Jude: Yup. That's me. heh

Mama P: Thank you. :) I'll post a picture of the quail plucked, stuffed and roasted perched delicately on a bed of wild rice. ;) It is actually rather lovely looking. Just loud. And lonely. And loud.

Hmm, now that I look at this pic again, I see an alien head in the clouds. That is all.

A QUAIL?

Seriously?

You must be a pretty cool mom, because I know if I wanted to bring a quail home at the end of the school year my mother would have most probably have me committed.

Where do you keep this qual of which you speak?

Where are all of his quail buddies?

Is he lonely?

Yup, seriously. A quail. Why? Because I'm an idiot and a push-over. ::sigh:: It is very lonely in its sad little cage in her cave. I mean room. ::SIGH::
