Cuz I'm in a vintage state of mind

In an attempt to avoid the five thousand things I should be doing, I was looking through one of my many boxes of photos (ya know for inspiration) and came across this little jewel. I like to call it "Our (Cross-Dressing) Gang." I'm pretty sure they're even sober. Someone needs to remind Altman to cross his flesh tights-covered legs at the ankles, like a respectable lady.

No way in hell would I ever dress like a women for Halloween! I make a bet secretly this was Altman's dream come true, coming out of the closet!

I love old pictures. And I must say, your kitchen remodel is gorgeous! My kitchen is definitely a "before" picture. As is my bathrooms, the bedrooms, the living room...

PS: Thanks for visiting my site; and welcome to the wonderful wide world of blogs! :)

Al: Possible, but I'm thinking he wasn't fem enough... now the sweet gent next to him...

Jess: Thanks for stopping by! It's only taken us 8 years to get to this point. ;-)

Shawna: I'm picturing my spouse wobbling around the house in heels: yeah... would neeever happen.

Jess: Ya know, I just realized that the way I phrased my comment sounded strange. To be clear I meant that it's take me and my husband 8 years to get to this point with our house. I don't want anyone to think that I'd been stalking you for 8 years and now you'd finally responded. LOL!

Shawna: scawy!

Jessica: how strange - I don't even have the, whatcha call it, word verification turned on. (cue Twilight Zone music) Thanks for coming back!

Ah! I love it! You must frame this Teri. Then point out Altman and say "wasn't Grandma pretty?"

Okay, now that I'm done laughing, I just have to comment on your clarification to Jess. That's exactly what it sounded like! So, I'm glad you explained. LOL!

Lena: Heehee! An excellent idea!

and re: my comment to Jess - yeah, I really need to edit before I publish! Not that I think she isn't stalker worthy. LOL!

I love this photo. It's definitely a gem and one to think back on the story.

I hope you can keep posting some of your vintage photos.
